Cooper Growth Partners is responsible for the personal information described here. For a privacy question or request, use the contact form above and write “Privacy request” in your message. The business’s full legal name and postal address should be added here before this notice is published.
We may collect your name, business name, email, enquiry details and any files you choose to attach, so we can respond, discuss your requirements and deliver agreed work. If you use the client portal or sign an agreement, we may also process booking details, project scope, selected package, typed signature and agreement records to manage the contract and required business records.
Formspree receives website enquiries, attachments and agreement submissions. The linked booking or CRM portal uses Firebase for booking or client records and may use Stripe to process payments. Hosting, email and technical support providers may also process limited information to run the service. These providers may process information outside the UK; their current locations and transfer safeguards should be checked.
We review information and delete it sooner when it is no longer needed. UK GDPR does not set one universal maximum retention period; these are planned periods that must be followed in the systems that store your information. Ofcom does not set a general retention allowance for ordinary website enquiries.
Depending on the circumstances, you can ask for access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, or object to certain uses. You may also have a right to data portability. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office. See the ICO guidance on how long information should be kept.
